Original: Canada Geese at the Cob, Snowdonia
This view of the mountains of Snowdon creates a wonderful backdrop to this beautiful scene. Located near Porthmaddog in North Wales, the Glaslyn river feeds the marshlands providing a perfect home for the many Canada Geese that visit.
This wide flat valley, called Traeth Mawr, was once the estuary of the Glaslyn before the Porthmadog Cob was created. This sealed off the mouth of the estuary enabling the land to be reclaimed.
This is a signed one-off A2-sized Original watercolour painting.
